How to contact EmCe Customer Support

Here is how to contact our Customer Support:

1. Send us a new Service Request using the form available at tuki.emce.fi under the option Business Central /NAV

2. Fill out the form and describe as accurately as possible what you are trying to do, with which filters and how the error occurs. Screenshots are highly recommended.

3. The system will send an automatic confirmation when the support request has been received. The subject of the confirmation message includes an INC number, which should be included in the Subject field of all messages regarding the same support request.

4. You will receive a separate confirmation once your support request has been processed.
